Returns & Replacements
Here on the land, we like to keep things simple and honest. Everything in our shop is custom-printed just for you the moment you place an order. Because we don’t keep shelves of pre-printed stock sitting around, we aren’t able to offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind, pick the wrong color, or order the wrong size.
Before you check out, please take a quick look at the size charts listed on our product pages to make sure you get the right fit.
If something goes wrong: If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn’t what you ordered, we want to make it right.
- Contact us via Message in a Bottle within 30 days of delivery
- We’ll follow up via email
- Send us a clear photo of the damage or printing issue.
You don’t need to mail the item back. Once we verify the issue, we’ll get a brand new replacement sent your way or issue a full refund to your card. Thank you for supporting the journey here on The Rock!
